Cosmetic treatments are performed using Solanie Professional Saloon Cosmetics and Feeling Oils from Austrian organic farming. In each case, they are personalized, based on different manual techniques according to skin type. The products of the collection are based on complexes of natural plant and fruit extracts, which, thanks to their synergistic, overlapping effect, intensify the effectiveness of salon programs even more intensively. The materials used are free of paraffin, parabens, petroleum derivatives, dyes and odors.
We have put together our treatments so that Ladies, Gentlemen and Children can enjoy unforgettable wellness experiences. After saloon treatments, we also focus on home skin care advice to make the results even more spectacular.

Massage Etiquette
Booking a reservation: it is advised to book the dates of the treatments at the reception as soon as possible (recommended on the day of arrival), as this is the only way we can arrange the date you consider most advantageous.
Arrival for treatment: always arrive exactly 5 minutes before the start of treatment. The time of delayvwill be deducted from your treatment time, as the treatment of those arriving after you must also start on time.
Waiting: in the lobby of the Relax-Beauty Saloon.
Clothing: It is advised to arrive in a robe, dry underwear or a dry swimsuit. For massages, only the treated part of the body is uncovered. It is not recommended to wear jewelry or watches during the treatments. Please use dry wipes after treatments in the pool and sauna.
Eating and drinking: eating immediately before treatment is not recommended, fluid intake before and after treatment is recommended for detoxification. We do not treat guests who are under influence!
Medical conditions: if you have any health issues, be sure to report it before starting treatment, as you have the option of using another treatment recommended by a masseur.
Method of payment: cash payment is made against an online invoice in the Saloon at the end of the service by the masseur contractor. The contractor provides the service with an obligation to write an invoice, for which he needs the name and address of the Guests (residential address, e-mail address). As a contractor he/she is not entitled to check the given datafor validity.
Cancellation: Any treatment can be canceled 24 hours before the start of the service without paying a penalty. Within 24 hours or more than 2 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the treatment will be charged to our guest's room bill. We are not able to accept your cancellation less 2 hours before the scheduled date in which case 100% of the service will be charged to your room’s bill.
